The diskette in your diskette drive does not appear to be a "PC Access for Windows - Disk 1" from PC Access version 4.10 or 4.20. Please check to make sure you have a valid disk 1 in your diskette drive.
If you continue to get this error message even though you do have a valid Disk 1 in your diskette drive, you may need to install PC Access with the alternate user authorization. Follow the instructions for an Internal Error.
