Add/Edit Phone Book Entry (Advanced Items)

The Add Phone Book Entry window appears when you click the Add button on the Phone Book Setup window. (If you clicked the Edit button, this window appears with the title Edit Phone Book Entry.) This is a complicated window, essentially identical to the MLS Setup window. On this window, you tell PC Access everything it needs to know about how to connect to a remote service.
