for PC Access for Windows 4.30.158

Add/Edit Printer window: Print Scaling

Print Scaling is an important side effect of selecting a Normal font in the Choose Fonts group on the Add/Edit Printer window. If you select a Normal font with a height of 12 points, PC Access will print all of your reports at their normal size. If you select a larger or smaller font, PC Access will scale everything you print, including line spacing and photos, in proportion to the ratio of your Normal font's height to the reference height of 12 points.

· This is an extremely useful feature if you have trouble fitting your reports onto one page. For example, a common problem when printing listings from and MLS is having one or two lines that spill over to a second page. Simply reduce your Normal font height from 12 points to 11 or 10 points and your listing reports will fit on one page.
