Agent Setup Incomplete

This message appears when you select the E-Mail button on the Add Agent window. Before you can edit the E-Mail Setup for an agent, you must finish filling out the Add Agent window and click the OK button. Then you may select highlight the agent's entry on the Agent Setup window and click the Edit button to open the Edit Agent window. Click the E-Mail button on the Edit Agent window to edit the E-Mail Setup for this agent.

· Technical note: the specific test PC Access makes before displaying this message is to see whether the agent has a Home Directory. Even if you have filled out the Home Directory field on the Add Agent window, PC Access does not store that value until you click the OK button. Therefore the E-Mail Setup window is never accessible from the Add Agent window.
