Cannot create agent Home Directory

The error message lists the name of the directory PC Access is unable to create. PC Access gets this directory name from the Home Directory field on the Add/Edit Agent window. Check this field to be sure it contains a valid directory name (e.g., up to eight alphanumeric characters with no embedded spaces). PC Access initially generates a default Home Directory from the Agent ID; you may only edit the Home Directory field when you Add a new agent. If you need to edit the agent's Home Directory later, you must Delete and re-Add that agent.

The error message also displays the error PC Access received from Windows when PC Access attempted to create the directory. If you cannot determine why PC Access is unable to create the directory, follow the directions for a file error.
