E-Mail Setup Window: Mail Signature

Type any lines of text you want PC Access to append to all e-mail messages it sends. Normally these lines should contain your name and any other identifying information you consider appropriate for business correspondence. For example, you might want to include your company name, your job title, your e-mail address, your telephone number, and your World Wide Web home page URL if you have one. As a general rule, you should try to keep your signature to four lines or less.

PC Access stores your signature in the file: MAIL.SIG in your home directory.

Setup item classification:

· Parent window: E-Mail Setup

· Setup item type: Advanced

· Who specifies: You

· Importance: Optional
