PC Access creates this file in the current agent's Home Directory to store a listing photo when you select a command to e-mail a property listing from the Terminal window. (For a list of the commands that do this, see the E-Mail Message window topic.) When PCAPLUS.EXE displays the E-Mail Message window, PCAPLUS.EXE reads MAIL.BMP and displays it in the Listing Photo field.

The E-Mail Message window actually attaches the photo to a message in JPEG format, using the file MAIL.JPG.
