PC Access creates this JPEG file in the current agent's Home Directory to store a listing photo when you select a command to e-mail a property listing from the Terminal window. (For a list of the commands that do this, see the E-Mail Message window topic.) When you click the Send button on the E-Mail Message window, PCAPLUS.EXE renames MAIL.JPG to a temporary file name before attaching it to the current message in MIME format.

The E-Mail Message window actually displays the file MAIL.BMP.
