PCAPLUS.EXE

The E-Mail Message window executable file. PCAPLUS.EXE also displays the E-Mail Setup window. Because PCAPLUS.EXE is a 32-bit Windows executable file, you must have Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT to run it.

Note: your ISP must provide an SMTP server for you to be able to send e-mail from PC Access. Many large ISPs do not.

The vast majority of users will have no need to run PCAPLUS.EXE directly from the command line. However, if you are an advanced user with a special need you can run it from the command line as follows:

C:\PCAWIN\PCAPLUS.EXE [options]

If you installed PC Access into a different executable directory, change C:\PCAWIN in the above command line accordingly. For [options] you may substitute any combination of the following command-line options:

-agentdir:directory - specifies the agent directory
-send - sends any queued mail. Auto-dials ISP connection through the selected RAS config
-setup - displays the Setup Window as the main form. No other operation is allowed.
-to:email@address.com - Sets the Email To: field to the provided address
-goto:URL - Opens your default Web browser to a Web page
-mls:mlsnumber - specifies the MLS number of the listing
-flyer - specifies flyer program launched us
-notext - specifies there is no listing text attachment for the email message
-map - launch Yahoo map with address and zipcode
-zipcode:nnnnn - specifies the property's zipcode
-addess:"address" - specifies the property's address
-spool - spool the message only

In general, you must specify an agentdir:directory option to specify an agent's Home Directory.
