PCAWIN.LIC

The PC Access license file. A copy resides in your PC Access executable directory after you fill out the Register PC Access window. PCAWIN.LIC is a plain text (ASCII) file. You may view the file contents but you cannot edit the file directly. Editing the file will invalidate your PC Access registration. A backup copy of PCAWIN.LIC should be on your "PC Access for Windows - Disk 1".
