PC Access for Windows Reference Guidefor PC Access for Windows 4.30.158SMTPThe Simple Mail Transport Protocol. When you send a message from the E-Mail Message window, PCAPLUS.EXE acts as an SMTP client. Before you can send an e-mail message from PC Access, you must enter the name of your SMTP server in the My Internet Mail Server field on the E-Mail Setup window. Your ISP should be able to tell the name of your SMTP server. Note: your ISP must provide an SMTP server for you to be able to send e-mail from PC Access. Many large ISPs do not. For more information on SMTP, see: This topic is new for PC Access 4.30.
