Windows Explorer

A program that comes with Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0 and 2000. The Windows Explorer lets you view, create, copy, move, and delete files and directories on your hard drives and diskettes. You can open Windows Explorer by right-clicking the Start button on your Windows Taskbar and selecting Explore from the popup menu. Windows Explorer replaces the older Windows File Manager that is in Windows 3.1x.
