Windows File Manager
A program that comes with Windows versions 3.1x. The Windows File Manager lets you view, create, copy, move, and delete files and directories on your hard drives and diskettes. If you are running Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0 or 2000, you will probably use Windows Explorer instead of the Windows File Manager.
