Host Feature: Right mouse button

The right mouse button behaves differently than the left. On a Maestro System host, clicking the right mouse button is equivalent to pressing the Enter key. On Master Systems right-clicking on a number sends that number to the host with a comma after it (instead of an Enter key). The same applies to right-clicking on a single character.
