Install Alternate User Authorization

PC Access for Windows is unable to install its normal user authorization method on your computer. This is most likely because the normal user authorization is incompatible with your computer's hardware. However, do not fear, because MFM Communication Software has equipped PC Access for Windows with an alternate user authorization method for computers such as yours. You must call the telephone number on the message dialog to report your Security Key and obtain an Unlock Code. The technical support representative at MFM will also ask for your name, telephone number, and PC Access for Windows serial number (which you can read from your PC Access for Windows - Disk 1).

If you are unable to reach a technical support representative, please leave a voice mail message with your name, telephone number, FAX number, and serial number. You may state your Security Key if you prefer, but if you close the Install Alternate User Authorization window, the Security Key will be different the next time you open it. Therefore if you would like to receive a valid Unlock Code by FAX, you should say so in your voice mail message, and then leave the Install Alternate User Authorization window open until you receive a reply from MFM.
