This setup item is only available if you checked the Use Dial-Up Networking to Access the Internet box on the Internet Setup window. If necessary, follow your Internet Service Provider's instructions for setting up your Windows Dial-Up Networking to connect to your ISP via modem. In general, you should set up Windows to dial your ISP and test your Internet connection with a Web browser before you attempt to connect to the Internet with PC Access.
