On-Line Agent Software Not Installed

PC Access displays this message if you click the On-Line Agent button on the Main Menu window and you do not have the On-Line Agent software installed. For more information on obtaining a copy of On-Line Agent, call the telephone number the message displays, or visit the following URL:

· Technical note: If you have installed the On-Line Agent software and you continue to get this message, the following information may be useful. PC Access displays this message if either of these conditions is true:

· The OLAGENT.INI file does not exist in your Windows directory.

· The OLAGENT.INI file exists in your Windows directory, but it has no SystemDir entry in its Configuration section, or the SystemDir entry is blank.

· If you installed On-Line Agent but it will not run from its Windows shortcut, contact VISTAinfo for assistance.

· If you installed On-Line Agent and it runs from its Windows shortcut, but not from PC Access, follow the procedure for an Internal Error.
