PC Access for Windows Reference Guidefor PC Access for Windows 4.30.158Overview: PC Access VersionsPC Access comes in three versions, each having its own license restrictions: · Office/Broker version: This is for multiple agents to use at offices on a single computer. If you are using an Office/Broker version, your office manager will have appointed someone to be your PC Access System Administrator. Your System Administrator should have already installed PC Access, set up your communication parameters, and entered your name in the Agent Setup window. If you are the System Administrator, then you must install PC Access and tell it about your hardware and all your agents. · Network version: This is for multiple agents to use at offices on a network. Your network version license permits you to install PC Access on a network server and several workstations. The setup is similar to the Office/Broker version, with some additional network-specific items. · Agent version: This is for individual agents to purchase and use on their own computers. If you are using an Agent version, you must install PC Access yourself. You may also order an Upgrade version of PC Access that you can apply to an older copy of any of the above versions, to bring it up to the latest version of PC Access. This topic has changed for PC Access 4.30 (Sunday, February 7, 1999).
