Some MLS host-initiated reports require almost the entire page, and will not fit if you specify three lines of page headers. When this happens, one or two lines of the report will print on a following page. The simplest way to make more room on the page is to turn off your page headers and footer on the Change Page Headers window. If you don't want to turn off page headers entirely, try erasing one or two lines of your page headers and see if that provides enough vertical space for the report.
