PC Access for Windows Reference Guidefor PC Access for Windows 4.30.158Printer Setup window
The Printer Setup window appears when you click the Printer button on the Advanced Setup Menu window. The Printer Setup window lets you maintain a list of printers specific to PC Access. For each printer, you can specify a descriptive alias. You can also turn off page headers and the PC Access page footer for all agents who print with this printer. The window displays the printers you have entered so far. The list of printers is scrollable; you can manipulate the scroll bar with the mouse if your current list is too long to display all at once. A highlight bar marks the current entry in the list. · Before using a printer with PC Access you must first install it with the Windows Control Panel. · Your current default Windows printer is automatically available in PC Access. If you wish to print to other printers already in your Windows Control Panel printer list (or other setups of a given printer), you must set them up in PC Access. The Printer Setup window has these command buttons: Add, Delete, Edit, Close, and Set.
