Problems Calling the MLS

Problem: PC Access installs successfully but has problems calling the MLS.

Solution: If PC Access doesn't report an error message, look up your specific problem in the list below. Otherwise, click the Help button on the PC Access message window for more information about the problem.

Check your modem, Modem Setup, and MLS Setup. Make sure you pass the modem test.
