PC Access for Windows Reference Guidefor PC Access for Windows 4.30.158Prompt to save editsThe Slide Show Accessory lets you edit slide show files, but when you change some property of a slide, the change does not become part of the slide show file until you explicitly save it. When you edit a slide, you actually edit a copy of the slide in the Slide Show Accessory's memory. This lets you cancel your edits and restore the original state of a slide. If you check this item, the Slide Accessory reminds you to save your edits whenever you do something that would otherwise result in losing those edits. In general, this means exiting the program or opening another slide show file. If you don't like these reminder dialogs, you can live dangerously by unchecking this item.
