Select Printer Window

The Select Printer window appears after you click either the Select Printer button or the Select Printer... menu item under the Printing menu. This window lets you change the current printer while you are online in the Terminal window.

Highlight the printer you want in the List of Printers. To make it the new current printer, click the OK button. If you want to open the Setup window for the highlighted printer's Windows driver, click the Setup button.

You can't add printers to the List of Printers while this window is open. If you need to add more printers, you must click the Printer(s) button on the Advanced Setup Menu window to open the Printer Setup window.

· Master and Maestro users: you cannot change printers while a host report is printing.

· All users: you cannot change printers while you have queued a report to the Windows Print Manager.
