Terminal Window: Printing Menu

Clicking on this menu item pulls down a submenu with these items:

· Select Printer...

· Setup Printer...: click this menu item if you want to open the Setup window for the current printer's Windows driver.

· Print Capture You can check and uncheck the sub-items under this item to duplicate the effect of clicking the Turn Print Capture On and Off buttons. You can also turn Smart Capture on or off.

· Print Screen

· Headers & Footer...: Click this item to open the Change Page Headers window. This lets you temporarily change your PC Access headers and/or footer on your printouts from the Terminal window.

· Eject Page

· Stop Printing

· Enable Printing: this item is gray (nonselectable) unless you have selected the Stop Printing item. You'll need to click this item to re-enable printing after you stop it. See the Printing Stopped message topic for more information.

· Auto Bold Labels: check this menu item to toggle automatic label bolding on your host reports. For more information on this feature, see Auto Bold Report Labels on the Add/Edit Agent window.
