PC Access for Windows Reference Guidefor PC Access for Windows 4.30.158Text LinesEnter the number of text lines you want the Terminal window to have when you connect to the service you are setting up. · NOTE: if your Emulation is Master, Maestro, or Compass, you should leave your Text Lines set to 24. Larger values are useful for connecting to a scrolling teletype-style service such as a bulletin board (BBS) or WPML. For best legibility, you should have a large, high-resolution display if you set your Text Lines to a value higher than 24. The Terminal window is always 80 columns wide.
