Unable to Load DLL

PC Access is unable to load a DLL file. The error message gives the name of the file. Follow the instructions for the File Missing error.

If the error message refers to a DLL file with a name beginning with LT, such as: LTKRN70W.DLL or LTIMG70.DLL, see:
