View Photos During Download

This check box has effect only if your Emulation is one of: Maestro, Master, or Compass. PC Access normally displays photos while downloading them. However, on some computers the work required for PC Access to display the photo makes it hard for PC Access to keep up with incoming photo data. If your computer is fast, or your modem provides industry standard hardware flow control, this usually isn't a problem. However, a fraction of slow computers with non-flow-controlling modems can't display photos as they download. On these computers, PC Access must collect the photo data first and then display the photo immediately afterward.

If PC Access generates errors or lockups on your computer while you download photos, try unchecking this box. But first, try following the other recommendations in the TroubleShooting Guide under Photos Don't Download Correctly.
