PC Access for Windows Reference Guidefor PC Access for Windows 4.30.158Who Determines Setup ValuesEach setup item has an entry indicating who is responsible for specifying or determining the correct value of the item: · You: Items with a "You" in the table are items you have to determine. The correct value for each "You" item depends on one or more of the following factors: your computer's hardware and system software, and your personal preferences. · MLS: Your MLS provider must tell you the correct value for each item with a "MLS" in the table. "MLS" items are of two types: ¨ MLS/Common: These items have values that are common for all users of your MLS. That is, the MLS specifies the same value for each common setup item for all its users. You can find out the correct value for each MLS/Common item either from your MLS provider or from another PC Access user who is successfully logging into your MLS. All the MLS/Common setup items are on the MLS Setup window. ¨ MLS/Distinct: These items have values that are distinct for all users of your MLS. That is, your MLS provider specifies a different value for each of these setup items for each agent. Only your MLS provider can tell you the correct values for the "MLS/Distinct" setup items. All the "MLS/Distinct" setup items are on the Add/Edit Agent window.
