Windows has less than 256 colors

This message appears when LAUNCH.EXE detects that your Windows display driver is operating in a color mode with fewer than 256 colors available. If your Windows display driver really is operating in a low-color mode (such as 16-color mode), then color photos will look ugly in PC Access. If you are unable to select a video display mode with 256 or more colors, you may need to upgrade your video display adapter to have more video memory (VRAM). In some cases you may have enough video memory but your video driver is not capable of using all of it. You may need to download an updated driver from your video adapter manufacturer's site on the World Wide Web.
