PC Access for Windows Reference Guide

for PC Access Version 4.30

(Contents)

Home directory

A subdirectory of the PC Access executable directory where PC Access stores files for a particular agent. When you add a new agent to the Office/Broker version or Network version of PC Access you can specify the name of the agent's Home Directory on the Add Agent window.

PC Access stores E-Mail Setup files in an agent's home directory: MAIL.INI, MAIL.HST, and MAIL.SIG.

When an agent saves a file from the Terminal window, the agent's home directory is the default destination for the file. This includes comdebug files, slide show files, script files, photo files, and capture files.

This topic is new for PC Access 4.30 (Sunday, February 7, 1999).
