PC Access for Windows Reference Guide
for PC Access Version 4.30
LAUNCH.EXE
A program in the PC Access executable directory that displays two windows: the Back Up PC Access for Windows Setup Files window, and the Loading PC Access window. LAUNCH.EXE also detects an update file (PCAWUPDT.EXE) if one exists, and automatically asks you for permission to update your copy of PC Access to the latest Build.
