MAIL.MSG
MAIL.MSG stores the contents of the Message field on the E-Mail Message window. PCAPLUS.EXE creates this file in the current agent's Home Directory. When you click the Send button on the E-Mail Message window, PCAPLUS.EXE renames MAIL.MSG to a temporary file name.
