MAIL.TXT contains data for a listing or an amortization report. PC Access writes this file in the current agent's Home Directory when the agent selects a command to generate an e-mail message. (For a list of the commands that do this, see the E-Mail Message window topic.) When PCAPLUS.EXE displays the E-Mail Message window, the content of MAIL.TXT appears in the Listing Information field.
