All Windows versions come with a powerful online help system, with the name "Windows Help" (or WinHelp for short). Most Windows applications (including PC Access) provide their online help as a help file that you view by running WinHelp. WinHelp provides so many powerful features that it is more than simply a help program: many organizations are using WinHelp as a general-purpose electronic publishing system, although the World Wide Web is quickly becoming the standard method electronic publishing.
