Half Duplex
(Echo keys) Check this box if your remote service doesn't echo characters to the terminal window when you type at your keyboard. If you check this box and see double characters when you type at the terminal window, your remote service is actually running as Full Duplex and echoing characters already. To eliminate the double characters, uncheck this box by clicking it again. Most remote services will run as Full Duplex, so you should rarely need to check this box.
