for PC Access Version 4.30
Use Public Download Directory
Check this box if you want PC Access to use a public file transfer directory for uploading and downloading files from the remote service. The public file transfer directory is a subdirectory of your PC Access for Windows executable directory, with the name: DOWNLOAD.
If you don't check this box, PC Access will upload from and download to the current agent's Home Directory. Click here for tips on when to use the public file transfer directory.
