E-Mail Setup Window: My E-Mail Address
Enter your e-mail address as you want it to appear in the From: header line in your e-mail messages. For example, if you enter Joe Smith in the My Name field, and jsmith@nowhere.com in this field, your From: line will be:
From: Joe Smith <jsmith@nowhere.com>
· Warning: it is important for you to type your e-mail address correctly. If you do not specify a Reply-To E-Mail Address, then the address you type in this field will be the address your recipients will send their messages to when they reply to you. If you type your e-mail address incorrectly, your recipients' replies will not reach you. This would be similar to telling someone to call you on the telephone, and leaving your telephone number incorrectly. If you have any doubts about how to type your e-mail address correctly, contact your ISP and ask.
