· If PC Access has any trouble reaching your mail server, try testing your Internet connection to your mail server with the PING command at a DOS prompt. For
example, if your mail server is mail.nowhere.com, try typing: · Some ISP's only accept e-mail you send from a proprietary e-mail program and will not permit you to send e-mail from another SMTP client such as PC Access. If your ISP supplies you with an e-mail program, you may need to check with your ISP to see if you will be able to send e-mail from PC Access.
