Add/Edit Printer window
The Add/Edit Printer window appears when you click the Add or Edit button on the Printer Setup window.
The Add/Edit Printer window displays the following command buttons and setup items: Name, Printer, Page Headers and Footer, Choose Fonts, Printable Height, Printing Options, Maestro Compressed Print, Print Offsets, Set Up, Test, OK, and Cancel.
