Add/Edit Printer window: Name
Type the name of the printer as you want it to appear from within PC Access. This can be an alias in addition to the printer's name as it appears in the Windows printer list.
· The PC Access printer list is in addition to the Windows printer list. If you like, you may assign descriptive aliases to the printers in your Windows printer list (such as "Laser Printer" or "Draft Printer"). PC Access users can then select a printer by its alias. You may also set up multiple instances of the same Windows printer, each with different setup parameters. For example, you might set up a printer to print in different graphic resolutions, or in color and black-and-white, and assign each distinct setup its own PC Access printer alias.
