Amortization: Go
This button tells PC Access to compute the loan payment schedule according to your current parameters. A status bar in the lower-left corner of the Amortization window shows you the progress of the calculation. The output goes wherever you directed it in the Destination radio button group. Depending on your destination, PC Access does different things:
· If you selected Save to Disk (Full Schedule) as your output Destination, PC Access displays the Save Amortization file selector window. Enter a file name in the Save Amortization window where you want PC Access to save the amortization output.
· If you selected Printer (Full Schedule), PC Access prints your loan schedule.
· If you selected Editor (Full Schedule), PC Access opens the Editor window and displays the loan payment schedule report. Each instance of the Editor can only store one loan payment schedule report at a time. If you leave the Editor open, switch to the Amortization window, and click Go again, PC Access opens another instance of the Editor to hold the new loan payment report.
