File Manager: Move/Copy To

In the lower part of the File Manager window is a Move/Copy To field. This field lets you enter a destination directory or filename for moving or copying your selected files. You may click the Browse button to obtain the destination from a file selector window.

· If you have selected exactly one file, you may enter a destination file name or a destination directory name. The File Manager moves or copies your selected file to your destination when you click the Copy or Move button.

· If you have selected more than one file, the File Manager window ignores any file name you enter in the Copy/Move To field. You must enter a directory as the destination for copying or moving a group of files. The File Manager preserves the original names of your selected files when it moves or copies them to your destination directory.
