E-Mail Message Window: Subject
The Subject field always appears on the E-Mail Message window no matter how you open it. Depending on how you open the window, the Subject field may already contain some default text. You should edit the Subject field so it describes your e-mail message concisely. People who receive and manage large numbers of e-mail messages rely on descriptive subject lines to stay organized. Thus you should try to make your message subjects meaningful.
