Where to Call for Support

Many of the larger MLS providers maintain their own staffs of support representatives. If your MLS provides support, you should call them first.

If you purchased your copy of PC Access from MDMS, Inc., and your MLS provider does not provide product support locally, you may call:

· MDMS End User PC Support Department 800-347-6367

· Open Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST)

¨ You will have 30 days of free support from the date you first contact MDMS End User Support Department regarding this product. After this 30 day period, you may purchase support on a $25.00 per incident basis. You can use your VISA or MasterCard to pay for this service. (Remember: support is currently free on the MFM web.)
