PC Access for Windows Reference Guidefor PC Access Version 4.30![]() ![]() ![]()
Encourage Novice Users to Hire ConsultantsConsultants and large-office computer personnel install multiple copies of PC Access, and they tend to generate fewer support calls per copy. Furthermore, consultants are easier to work with than most end-users, because they understand higher-level instructions and they know how to solve hardware problems. Clearly, any entity providing front-line support (such as MDMS, an MLS provider, or MFM) has an incentive to encourage end-users to hire consultants to install and set up PC Access. Maintain a list of consultants in your area who have worked with PC Access. And encourage them to subscribe to the pca-support mailing list.
