Dial from Office number is not initialized
You are attempting to dial your MLS or a Phone Book service from your office, but you have not completed the Dial From Office # field for your MLS or service. Open the MLS Setup or Edit Phone Book Entry window for the remote host you want to dial, and make sure you have filled out all the fields correctly.
