Flyer Software Not Installed
PC Access displays this message if you attempt to launch the MFM Flyer Sheets Accessory and PC Access believes you have not installed it. There are two possible reasons why PC Access would believe you have not installed the Flyer Sheets Accessory:
· You have not purchased the Flyer Sheets Accessory. This is the most likely cause, because the Flyer Sheets Accessory is not part of the PC Access distribution; you must purchase it separately. If you have not yet purchased the Flyer Sheets Accessory and you would like to run it, ignore the following paragraphs in this help topic. Instead, see Flyer Accessory for purchasing information.
· You have purchased and installed the Flyer Sheets Accessory, but since then you have lost or deleted one or more of its important files, or PC Access has lost track of them. If you have purchased and installed the Flyer Sheets Accessory, read the rest of this help topic carefully.
Once you have installed it, you can launch the Flyer Sheets Accessory in these ways:
· When you are online with a Maestro MLS, you may select the Flyer ring menu. If you had installed the MFM Flyer Sheets Accessory, the Download Tagged Listings window would open as the first step in launching the Flyer Sheets Accessory from your MLS.
· By clicking the Flyer button on the Accessories Menu window.
PC Access detects the presence of the MFM Flyer Sheets Accessory by looking for the PCAFLYER.EXE executable file in your PC Access executable directory. PC Access determines your PC Access executable directory by reading the PCAWinPath value from your PCAWIN.INI file. If you are positive you have installed the MFM Flyer Sheets Accessory, inspect the PCAWIN.INI file in your Windows directory. Verify that you have the PCAFLYER.EXE file in your PC Access executable directory, and that you have a PCAFLYER subdirectory containing additional files.
If you have purchased and installed the Flyer Sheets Accessory, and you continue to get this error message, you may need to re-install the Flyer Sheets Accessory. See the general guidelines for the File Missing error before doing this. If PC Access continues to be unable to find your Flyer Sheets Accessory, follow the instructions for an internal error.
