Standard dialog error
The following errors are possible when PC Access tries to create a standard Windows dialog (such as a file selector). Follow the instructions for an Internal Error.
Error contains one or more of the following error codes:

| CDERR_DIALOGFAILURE | 0xFFFF | Failed to create a dialog box. |
| CDERR_LOCKRESOURCEFAILURE | 0x0008 | Failed to lock a specified resource. |
| CDERR_LOADRESFAILURE | 0x0007 | Failed to load a specified resource. |
| CDERR_LOADSTRFAILURE | 0x0005 | Failed to load a specified string. |
