You must set up your agent data first

This error can occur in either the Office/Broker version or the Agent version of PC Access. It can appear if you try to call the MLS or invoke any accessory program from the Main Menu window and PC Access currently has no agent data. You can be missing your agent data under any of the following conditions:

· You have just installed PC Access and you have not yet entered any agent data.

· You previously set up your agent data but somehow you lost your agent file (PCAWIN.AGT). This file normally resides in your PC Access executable directory.

The solution in either case is to set up your agent data in the Agent Setup window. If you previously set up your agent data and then you lost your agent file, you may be able to recover your backup copy from your "PC Access for Windows - Disk 1" if you backed up your PC Access setup.
