PC Access for Windows Reference Guide

for PC Access Version 4.30

(Contents)(Previous)(Next)

Maximum user limit reached

This message can only appear in the network version of PC Access. Each network version permits a maximum number of instances of PC Access to execute concurrently on your local area network. This number is your maximum user limit, and it appears in the text of the error message. However, your system administrator may have installed PC Access on a larger number of network workstations than this. If too many people try to run PC Access at the same time, some of them will see this message.

This message counts the number of instances of PC Access that are executing on your local area network. This may differ from the number of agents who currently appear to be logged in to your MLS or another host according to the Agent Setup window. Clicking the Reset button on the Agent Setup window will have no effect on your maximum user limit.
